About this site

This website presents a Chronvale Timepieces watch in development, and lets you join our list, register reservation interest and optionally support the project. Content, renders and specifications are preliminary and may change before production.

Reservations of interest

Registering interest is free and is not a purchase, contract or guarantee of allocation. Availability, pricing and delivery will be confirmed separately by email before any purchase.

Support contributions

Support contributions are donations toward product development and do not constitute a purchase. They do not guarantee ownership of a watch unless a separate reservation or purchase agreement is confirmed. Founding Member perks (such as a future pre-sale discount) are offered in good faith and are not legally enforceable rights.

Payments & refunds

Donations are processed by our third-party payment provider. As contributions are voluntary support rather than purchases, they are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Customs & international shipping

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Chronvale is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
